Sea asparagus salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Sea Asparagus
  • 125 milliliters Olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Instructions:

  1. Heat water in a medium pot
  2. Peel about 3 garlic cloves and put them into the boiling water
  3. Add sea asparagus to the boiling water, cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. To check if they are done, take one sea asparagus and attempt to remove the green parts (refer to the images above for guidance). If the green parts come off easily, they are ready.
  5. Strain the sea asparagus and allow it to cool.
  6. Take one boiled garlic clove, peel it and crush it using a fork
  7. Combine the crushed garlic with olive oil and mix well
  8. Peel the sea asparagus and toss it with the garlic-oil mixture
