Sauerkraut and apple salad

Tangy sauerkraut meets sweet apples in this refreshing salad. Perfect balance of flavors, textures, and nutrients in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup drained fresh sauerkraut (not canned)
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple slivers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Combine sauerkraut and apples in a blender.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over sauerkraut and apples. Allow to sit for a minimum of one hour before serving.
