Sangria fruit salad

Indulge in the fresh and vibrant flavors of our Sangria Fruit Salad. Bursting with juicy fruits marinated in a refreshing blend of citrus and wine.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice (from squeezing the membranes)
  • 1/4 cup rose wine 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 cup red grapes 
  • 1 cup raspberries 
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries, tops removed 
  • 2 oranges, segmented 
  • 1 pink grapefruit, segmented 
  • 2 tablespoons julienned mint 

Instructions:

  1. Combine the orange juice, rose wine, and honey in a small bowl by whisking them together until well mixed.
  2. Place the grapes, raspberries, strawberries, orange segments, and grapefruit segments in a large bowl. Pour the mixture of rose wine over them. Gently stir everything together, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Just before serving, add a finishing touch of mint.
