Sangria fruit salad
Indulge in the fresh and vibrant flavors of our Sangria Fruit Salad. Bursting with juicy fruits marinated in a refreshing blend of citrus and wine.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup orange juice (from squeezing the membranes)
- 1/4 cup rose wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup quartered strawberries, tops removed
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 1 pink grapefruit, segmented
- 2 tablespoons julienned mint
Instructions:
- Combine the orange juice, rose wine, and honey in a small bowl by whisking them together until well mixed.
- Place the grapes, raspberries, strawberries, orange segments, and grapefruit segments in a large bowl. Pour the mixture of rose wine over them. Gently stir everything together, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, add a finishing touch of mint.
