Salad on a stick

  • 230g mild Cheddar, cut into cubes 
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut into chunks

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:
