Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 oranges, peeled and divided into segments
- 2 blood oranges, peeled and divided into segments
- 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and divided into segments
- 2 grapefruit, peeled and divided into segments
Instructions:
- To make the rosemary syrup: Mix together the sugar, rosemary sprigs, and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Once done, let it cool down, then remove the rosemary sprigs. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- To prepare the salad: Start by distributing the yogurt evenly into 8 glasses. Arrange a combination of oranges, blood oranges, mandarin oranges, and grapefruit on top of the yogurt. Finally, drizzle the prepared rosemary syrup over the fruits.
