Rocket salad with prosciutto and figs (insalata di prosciutto, rucola e fichi)

Ingredients:
- 50 grams rocket, washed and dried
- 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
- 10 milliliters balsamic vinegar
- 4 very ripe figs, washed and sliced into four pieces
- 8 pieces prosciutto, thinly sliced with a silky feel
- sea salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- crusty white bread to serve
Instructions:
- Right before you serve the dish, mix arugula in a bowl with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. (Avoid doing this step too early as the vinegar can wilt the arugula and make it unappetizing.)
