Roasted broccoli and feta salad

Ingredients:
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 70g baby arugula (about 3 large handfuls)
- 110g crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
- Heat up the oven to 200 °C.
- Place the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Pour 1/4 cup of olive oil over them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well to cover everything. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the broccoli is soft and slightly golden.
