Refreshing spring salad with toasted walnuts

Delight in the crisp flavors of spring with this invigorating salad featuring crunchy toasted walnuts for an added layer of depth and nuttiness.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 watermelon (cubed)
  • 1.5 handfuls seedless red grapes
  • 1.5 handfuls cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams feta cheese (cubed)
  • 50 grams lettuce
  • 1 handful chopped walnuts
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 bunches coriander

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fruits and vegetables, put them in a salad bowl, sprinkle feta on top, and toss gently to combine
  2. Spread walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °Cor about 8 minutes. Once toasted, sprinkle them on the prepared salad
  3. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh coriander leaves before serving
