Refreshing spring salad with toasted walnuts

Ingredients:
- 0.5 watermelon (cubed)
- 1.5 handfuls seedless red grapes
- 1.5 handfuls cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams feta cheese (cubed)
- 50 grams lettuce
- 1 handful chopped walnuts
- 1 lime
- 0.5 bunches coriander
Instructions:
- Rinse the fruits and vegetables, put them in a salad bowl, sprinkle feta on top, and toss gently to combine
- Spread walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °Cor about 8 minutes. Once toasted, sprinkle them on the prepared salad
- Garnish with lime wedges and fresh coriander leaves before serving
