Red fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 cups hulled fresh strawberries, halved (or quartered if large)
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Combine honey and lemon juice in a spacious bowl. Mix in strawberries and blackberries; carefully mix to cover. Allow to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour. Add mint right before serving.
