Ravioli salad

Delight in a medley of flavors with this tempting ravioli salad recipe. Fresh ingredients perfectly combined for a taste explosion in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 8-ounce packages frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 5-ounce package baby spinach
  • ⅓ cup pesto

Instructions:

  1. Fill a big pot with water and bring it to a boil. Follow the instructions on the ravioli package to cook them; then, drain the ravioli and keep it aside.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet, warm up some oil over medium heat. Put in the tomatoes and cook them until they start to pop, which should take around 3 to 4 minutes. Toss in the spinach and cook further while stirring occasionally until it shrinks, this should take around 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Combine the cooked ravioli and pesto together; stir them gently to mix.
