Ramen noodle salad

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 450g napa cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:
