- 2/3 English cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill, optional

- couple pinches Kosher salt
- couple pinches freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
