Radish & cucumber salad

Ingredients:

  • 340g radishes, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 2/3 English cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill, optional
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • couple pinches Kosher salt
  • couple pinches freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the radishes, cucumber, green onions, optional dill, and sour cream in a spacious bowl.
  2. Flavor with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  3. Move the mixture to a serving dish and promptly present.
