Quick and easy chicken salad

Try this quick and easy chicken salad recipe bursting with flavors of tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and zesty dressing. Perfect for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (i use dukes)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 celery stalk (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (white or cider)
  • salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Dice the chicken and put it in a microwave-safe dish. Add enough water to cover the chicken, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, drain any excess liquid, shred the chicken, combine with remaining ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until cold, then serve and enjoy!
