- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped

- 2 scallions, sliced
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add a generous amount of salt and the pasta. Follow the instructions on the package until the pasta is cooked to perfection. Strain the pasta, run it under cold water, and set it aside.
