Prosciutto salad on a stick

Enjoy a delicious skewer with tender prosciutto accompanied by fresh greens and flavorful dressing. A fun and elegant way to elevate your salad experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups baby arugula
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • 12 slices prosciutto 
  • 1/2 cup honey Dijon mustard 
  • 12 grissini (thin breadsticks)

Instructions:

  1. Combine arugula, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in a medium bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
  2. Place a piece of prosciutto flat on a cutting board. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of mustard (adjust quantity to your preference) on the slice. Arrange about 1 tablespoon of the arugula mixture on top of the prosciutto. Roll the prosciutto and arugula around the top of a breadstick, overlapping slightly. Repeat for the other 11 portions.
  3. Present the assembled appetizers in a Mason jar with the prosciutto side facing upwards.
