Prawn, quinoa & tangerine salad

Delight your taste buds with a refreshing prawn, quinoa, and tangerine salad bursting with flavors of the sea and citrus goodness. Perfect for a light and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 65 grams quinoa
  • 15 grams spinach
  • 100 grams cooked prawns, peeled
  • 1 piece tangerine
  • 2 pieces beetroots
  • 1 piece Lemon juice
  • 1/2 piece avocado

Instructions:

  1. Wash the quinoa with cold water prior to cooking.
  2. Prepare the quinoa as per the package directions (use 100ml water for every 50g of quinoa, boil then let it simmer for 15 minutes).
  3. Arrange all the dishes on plates and incorporate the cooked quinoa.
  4. Drizzle with the juice of one lemon or your preferred salad dressing. You might want to experiment with my tasty sesame dressing.
