Potato salad

Delicious and creamy potato salad bursting with flavors of fresh herbs and tangy dressing, the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1810g Idaho potatoes
  • 4 jumbo eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Boil until easily pierced with a fork. Drain and let them cool. Remove the potato skins and chop them into small pieces. Transfer to a sizable serving dish. Finely chop the boiled eggs after peeling them and add to the dish. Include mayonnaise, green onions, celery, mustard, white pepper, and salt. Gently mix everything together. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
