- 4 cups pomegranate arils
- 2 cups ice-cold water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
- Slice the guavas in half, remove the peels and seeds, and collect them in a bowl.
- Dice the guava into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
- Place the guava peels and seeds into a blender.
- Combine water, lemon juice, and sugar in the blender with the guava peels and seeds, and blend on medium speed until mixture is smooth (approximately 2 minutes).
- Strain the guava mixture through a sieve to obtain a refined juice (if desired, adjust sweetness by adding more sugar).
