Picnic pasta salad

Try this refreshing picnic pasta salad recipe filled with colorful veggies, al dente pasta, and zesty dressing. Perfect for a summer gathering!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 anchovy filets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 450g bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
  • black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Warm up the olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Once the oil is heated, put in the anchovy pieces and sauté for approximately 5 minutes, using a wooden spoon to separate them. Introduce the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Transfer the prepared pasta into a spacious bowl. Drizzle the sun-dried tomato blend over the pasta and mix well. Incorporate the black olives, parsley, and black pepper. Blend together and chill until it's time to be served.
