Perfect, quick wfh greek salad

Ingredients:
- 1/3 (Each) Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Super Ripe Tomato
- 2 tablespoons High Quality Olive Oil (I like Colavita)
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 30g Feta Cheese (I like Presidente)
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Dried Italian Spices
- 1/8 cup Red onion
- 1/4 cup Pitted black olives
- Kosher Salt + Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Slice tomato into three thick slices, then proceed to cut each slice into eight small triangles.
- 2. Peel the cucumber partially and in alternate sections. Divide the cucumber into halves, then each half into quarters, and finally cut them into thick, crescent-shaped pieces.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the peppers. Proceed to slice each pepper into long, slender strips, then chop these strips into smaller, approximately one-inch pieces.
- 4. Thinly slice the red onion into one-inch pieces.
- 5. Cut the olives into three sections.
- 6. Combine all vegetables in a bowl, placing large chunks of Feta cheese on top.
- 7. Drizzle olive oil, vinegar, and spices over the vegetables and toss to combine.
- 8. Serve the salad immediately.
