Peach caprese salad with balsamic cherries

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherries (about 22 cherries), pitted and cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar or balsamic reduction

- 5 peaches
- One 6-ounce log mozzarella

Instructions:
