Pea shoot & snap pea salad with sunflower seeds

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 450g pea shoots or sprouts
- ¼ cup Shaoxing rice wine (see Tip)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
Instructions:
- Warm up a mixture of canola and sesame oils in a spacious wok or pot with a flat bottom on medium-high heat. Put in minced garlic and sauté while stirring continuously until it becomes tender and gives off a pleasant smell, for approximately 30 seconds. Include pea shoots (or sprouts), rice wine, salt, and white pepper; sauté until the greens shrink and become very tender, which should take around 1 to 3 minutes.
