- 70g fish sauce
- 170g green beans

Instructions:
- Warm a pot on medium-low heat. Combine the palm sugar and fish sauce and cook for 2 to 4 minutes. Move to a bowl and chill until cold.
- Place the green beans, chiles, and garlic in a mortar and pestle; grind until it reaches a finely minced consistency. Combine in a serving bowl with shredded papaya, cherry tomatoes, the cooled palm sugar sauce, and lime juice; blend thoroughly. Top with peanuts as a garnish and then serve.
