Organic cucumber salad
Delight in the freshness of organic cucumbers in this vibrant salad. Bursting with crisp flavors, it's a culinary symphony of taste!
Ingredients:
- 2 lemon organic cucumbers, sliced lengthwise in 1/4-inch wedges
- 1 small red organic onion, cut in quarters and sliced very thin lengthwise
- 12 ripe organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup organic feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the initial 3 components in a spacious bowl. Blend oil and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste, mix again. Add to the big bowl with the salad ingredients.
