Organic cucumber salad

Delight in the freshness of organic cucumbers in this vibrant salad. Bursting with crisp flavors, it's a culinary symphony of taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemon organic cucumbers, sliced lengthwise in 1/4-inch wedges
  • 1 small red organic onion, cut in quarters and sliced very thin lengthwise
  • 12 ripe organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup organic feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix the initial 3 components in a spacious bowl. Blend oil and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste, mix again. Add to the big bowl with the salad ingredients.
  3. Present in separate bowls and sprinkle crumbled feta on top. Savor the dish!
