Orange and red onion salad

Experience a burst of flavors with this zesty orange and red onion salad. Tangy, refreshing, and bursting with vibrant colors - a culinary delight!

Ingredients:

  • 5 oranges
  • 1 red onion, cut in 1/2 and thinly sliced
  • A small bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200g (200 grams) Manchego cheese

Instructions:

  1. Peel off the skin and white parts from 4 oranges, thinly slice and take out the seeds. Place on a plate then sprinkle with diced onion and chopped parsley. Add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper for flavor. Drizzle the salad with some of the leftover orange juice, then poke a small knife into the cheese and crumble into small pieces. Sprinkle these on top of the salad and serve immediately.
