Ingredients:

  • 910g Beets with tops
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dill
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese

Instructions:

  1. Divide the beet roots from their leaves. Clean the roots and wash the greens well. Dice the roots into 1-inch pieces and slice the greens into 2-inch strips.
  2. Steam the diced beet roots for 15 minutes. Then, switch off the stove and incorporate the greens for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. After steaming, transfer to a heat-resistant bowl. Mix in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dill, and feta. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
