Ingredients:
- 910g Beets with tops
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dill
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese
Instructions:
- Divide the beet roots from their greens. Clean the roots by scrubbing them and wash the greens well. Dice the roots into 1-inch pieces and slice the greens into 2-inch strips.
- Steam the beet roots for approximately 15 minutes. Then, switch off the stove and put in the greens for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the steamed ingredients to a heat-resistant bowl. Mix in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dill, and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
