Mustard shrimp (sarson-walla jhingha)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 450g raw shrimp, shelled, cleaned, washed, and dried
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
- Warm up the oil in a small frying pan on a gentle heat. Once heated, toss in the caraway seeds and chili powder and let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Introduce the shrimp, mustard, salt, and lemon juice into the pan and mix thoroughly. Place the lid on the pan and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Give the mixture a good stir before serving with saffron pilaf - a simple rice dish flavored with saffron, and a side of green salad.
