  • 450g Prince Edward Island Mussels
  • 1/2 cup balsamic dressing

  • 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels

Instructions:
