Mixed salad with three vinegars

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 large heads Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large head radicchio, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan shavings (60g)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the mustard with the 3 types of vinegar in a salad bowl. Stir in the olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Put in the Boston lettuce and radicchio; mix well. Place the salad on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan shavings, and present.
