Melon & mozzarella salad

Delight in the refreshing blend of sweet melon and creamy mozzarella in this vibrant salad. Perfect for a light and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fresh Cantaloupe, cut in 1" chunks
  • 230g Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls, cut in half
  • 30g Prosciutto, julienned
  • 10 Leaves Fresh Mint, plus 4 whole sprigs for garnish
  • Maldon Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine melon, mozzarella, prosciutto, and mint leaves in a large bowl by gently mixing. Distribute the mixture evenly onto 4 chilled plates, then pour balsamic dressing generously over the salad. Lastly, season with salt and pepper to taste.
