Melon & mozzarella salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Fresh Cantaloupe, cut in 1" chunks
- 230g Fresh Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls, cut in half
- 30g Prosciutto, julienned
- 10 Leaves Fresh Mint, plus 4 whole sprigs for garnish
- Maldon Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine melon, mozzarella, prosciutto, and mint leaves in a large bowl by gently mixing. Distribute the mixture evenly onto 4 chilled plates, then pour balsamic dressing generously over the salad. Lastly, season with salt and pepper to taste.
