Melon-kiwi salad with coconut yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cantaloupe, halved, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 honeydew melon, halved, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 4 golden kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- 230g plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest, plus 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- Toasted coconut flakes, for topping
