Massaged kale salad in a minute

Delight in the crisp freshness of massaged kale salad, a quick and satisfying dish bursting with vibrant flavors in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 small shallot minced
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Clean, pat dry, remove stems, and thinly slice your kale leaves.
  2. Mix together cheese, vinegar, minced shallot, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then add the cheese and olive oil. Gently mix until the kale is coated and tenderized to your preference.
  4. (You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar, feta or goat cheese instead of blue cheese, raisins or chopped apples instead of cranberries, and pecans instead of walnuts - be creative!)
