Mason jar power salad with chickpeas & tuna

Ingredients:
- 3 cups bite-sized pieces chopped kale
- 2 tablespoons honey-mustard vinaigrette (see associated recipe)
- 1 2.5-ounce pouch tuna in water
- ½ cup rinsed canned chickpeas
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
Instructions:
- Mix kale with dressing in a bowl, then put them in a 1-quart mason jar. Add tuna, chickpeas, and carrot on top. Close the jar with the lid and store in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days.
- When ready to eat, pour out the contents of the jar into a bowl and mix well to incorporate the salad components with the kale that has been dressed.
