Marinated celery salad

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch celery (about 10 stalks)
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Slice the celery stalks diagonally into pieces that are about ½-inch thick. Roughly chop the leaves and put them in a big bowl. Mix in the onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, capers, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper; stir well. Taste the mixture and add more seasonings if necessary.
