Mango salad and scallop avocado sandwich

Ingredients:
- 12 scallops
- 0.5 mango
- 0.5 avocado
- 0.5 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamico vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 450g green salad
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Dice half of the mango into small pieces and slice the remaining half for garnish. Combine the diced mango with curry, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lime juice in a bowl. Stir well!
