Malibu barbie - seafood salad

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and flesh roughly diced
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup diced English cucumber
- 8 (16/20 count) cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined and cut lengthwise in half)
- 1/2 cup jumbo lump crabmeat
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped chives
Instructions:
- Combine the chopped avocado, onions, cucumber, shrimp, and crabmeat in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. In a separate bowl or blender, blend together yogurt, ketchup, and lemon juice. Gradually mix in hot sauce, making sure not to overpower the seafood with it.
- To complete the dish, gradually pour the dressing over the avocado mixture until slightly moistened. Arrange 3 to 4 tomato slices at the center of each plate, ensuring they are slightly apart but touching each other.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place the salad in the middle of the tomatoes. Sprinkle chopped chives on top for garnish and serve.
