Macarthy salad

Indulge in the flavors of our Macarthy salad with fresh greens, crunchy veggies, and zesty dressing. A delightful twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1/3 bunch watercress, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Hearts of Romaine, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup beets, small dice
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, small dice
  • 1/2 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup herb grilled chicken, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, small dice
  • 1 green onion (green portion only) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix iceberg lettuce, watercress, and romaine in a big bowl. Arrange the rest of the ingredients in the bowl in a decorative way. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Before serving, mix everything with the dressing of your choice.
