Macaroni salad

Mouthwatering macaroni salad recipe that is bursting with flavors! Perfect blend of pasta, crunchy vegetables, and creamy dressing. Ideal for BBQs and picnics.

Ingredients:

  • 450g uncooked large elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium-size red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium-size yellow bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium-size orange bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup chopped celery (from 4 stalks)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the macaroni following the instructions on the package; then, strain the macaroni.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a food processor until the mixture is smooth, which usually takes about 1 minute.
  3. In a spacious bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, bell peppers, celery, and dill. Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix well.
