Lobster salad on cucumber slices

Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 cucumbers, depending on their size
- 450g frozen lobster meat, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely diced yellow pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices that are 1/8-inch thick. (The slices should be slightly thick to hold the lobster salad well.) Keep the slices in a bowl of cold water until you are prepared to put together the appetizers.
- Dice the lobster into tiny chunks. Mix them in a bowl with mayonnaise, yellow bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
