Lemony potato salad

Ingredients:
- 1360g small boiling potatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery (about 4 ribs)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
- Place potatoes in a big pot filled with water and season with salt. Cook until they are soft, which will take around 12 to 20 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, mix celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon zest and juice, sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3/4 teaspoon of pepper in a large bowl.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let them cool down. Then, cut them into halves or quarters. Add them to the prepared mixture and mix well.
- Recommended wine pairing: Artezin Mendocino Zinfandel '07 or Château de Chamirey Mercurey Rouge '07
