Lemony green bean salad with feta, red onion, and marjoram

Ingredients:
- 450g green beans
- 110g feta
- 1/4 red onion, super-thinly sliced
- 3 sprigs fresh marjoram, leaves stripped and roughly chopped (up to 4 sprigs; oregano is great too)
- 1/4 cup your best olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 dash agave nectar (or sugar to taste)
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water with salt. Cook green beans for approximately 4 minutes until they are slightly firm. Then, strain and wash them with cold water.
- Mix lemon juice, grated outer skin of lemon, olive oil, and agave syrup.
- Mix beans and purple onion, broken cheese, and marjoram. Stir with the sauce. Refrigerate until the lamb chops are ready to be taken off the grill.
