Ingredients:

  • 2 heads iceberg lettuce, chopped

  • 8 Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs, recipe follows, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 450g bacon, cooked and chopped 
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced 
  • 230g grated sharp Cheddar
  • One 10-ounce bag frozen peas, partially thawed 
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 8 eggs

Instructions:

  1. To prepare the salad: Using a transparent glass bowl, arrange the salad components in the sequence provided above, placing the ingredients along the edge of the bowl and filling any gaps in the middle with lettuce if necessary. Commence with a generous layer of iceberg lettuce at the base, then add the tomato wedges, spinach, and Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs. Season the egg layer with salt and pepper to taste. Continue by adding the bacon, green onions, and Cheddar cheese, concluding with the peas.
  2. For the dressing: Blend the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the pea layer, ensuring an even spread that reaches the edges of the bowl. Garnish with dill and parsley. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
