Korean bean sprout salad

Ingredients:
- 450g mung bean sprouts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
- Rinse mung bean sprouts and wash them in cold water.
- Cook bean sprouts briefly in boiling water for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat; wash thoroughly in cold water, and drain properly.
- Combine all other ingredients and refrigerate completely before serving.
