Korean bean sprout salad

Experience the delightful crunch of fresh bean sprouts in this traditional Korean salad bursting with flavors of sesame, garlic, and green onions.

Ingredients:

  • 450g mung bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Rinse mung bean sprouts and wash them in cold water.
  2. Cook bean sprouts briefly in boiling water for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat; wash thoroughly in cold water, and drain properly.
  4. Combine all other ingredients and refrigerate completely before serving.
