Kid-friendly salad

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn into quarters

  • 1 medium apple, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, poppy seeds, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Separate the dressing into 4 small bowls and serve with lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and apple.
