Kale diplicious
Indulge in the irresistible flavors of our refreshing Kale Diplicious salad. Perfect balance of textures and tastes for a culinary delight.
Ingredients:
- 280g Frozen Chopped Kale or Fresh Kale, gently steamed
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
- 1/2 packet Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Scallion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 Medium/Large Round Bread, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Thaw or steam kale and remove any extra water by pressing.
- In a food processor, mix together all elements and pulse until well mixed.
- Hollow out the middle of the bread to create a bowl.
- Either fill the bread bowl with dip or use a separate bowl for serving (to accommodate gluten-free guests). Enjoy with raw vegetables or pita chips for the ultimate dipping experience!
