Kale diplicious

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of our refreshing Kale Diplicious salad. Perfect balance of textures and tastes for a culinary delight.

Ingredients:

  • 280g Frozen Chopped Kale or Fresh Kale, gently steamed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 packet Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Scallion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 Medium/Large Round Bread, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Thaw or steam kale and remove any extra water by pressing.
  2. In a food processor, mix together all elements and pulse until well mixed.
  3. Hollow out the middle of the bread to create a bowl.
  4. Either fill the bread bowl with dip or use a separate bowl for serving (to accommodate gluten-free guests). Enjoy with raw vegetables or pita chips for the ultimate dipping experience!
