Jicama salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sherry vinegar and honey in a mixing bowl and stir well. Add kosher salt and black pepper to taste, then gradually pour in the olive oil while stirring continuously. Gently mix in the jicama, orange segments, cilantro, and jalapeño with the vinaigrette. Arrange the avocado slices on a platter. Squeeze lime juice over the avocado and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top. Top the avocado with the jicama salad and vinaigrette. Ready to be served.
