Jicama and tropical fruit salad

Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1 small jicama, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup fresh grated coconut or dried, unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Cut off the top and bottom of the oranges and place them on their ends. Peel off the skin and membrane to reveal the fruit. Separate the sections by cutting between the membranes and transfer them to a spacious bowl. Get rid of any seeds. Combine mangoes, pineapples, jicama, lime juice, sugar, cilantro, and coconut in the bowl and mix well.
