Italian pasta and artichoke salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups veggie dry pasta
  • 8 artichokes hearts
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:
