Italian hoagie salad

  • few handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 medium sweet onion
  • 210g canned red beets
  • 1 14-ounce can hearts of palm
  • 1 6-ounce can black olives

Instructions:

  1. Combine the vinegar, oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl by whisking them together.
  2. Finely chop the anchovies. Mix them into the bowl, stirring to incorporate them into the dressing.
  3. Slice the pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto into thin strips. Add them to the dressing in the bowl.
  4. Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Add them to the bowl with the meats. Gently mix everything together. Serve promptly.
