Italian hoagie salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- few handfuls baby spinach
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 medium sweet onion
- 210g canned red beets
- 1 14-ounce can hearts of palm
- 1 6-ounce can black olives
Instructions:
- Combine the vinegar, oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl by whisking them together.
- Finely chop the anchovies. Mix them into the bowl, stirring to incorporate them into the dressing.
- Slice the pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto into thin strips. Add them to the dressing in the bowl.
- Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Add them to the bowl with the meats. Gently mix everything together. Serve promptly.
